Dear DappRadar DAO members,
As August 2025 has come to a close, we reflect on a month of significant progress. Industry excitement surrounding crypto, AI and onchain products is clearly on the rise, while institutional interest is booming. They want to be part of what we’re building as an industry. Mass adoption? Not yet. But everything is aligning. In this DAO newsletter we look at the key developments, achievements and discussions that shaped our DAO and our product in the past month. First and foremost we appreciate your continued participation and dedication, and every success is a collaborative success.
Please read this newsletter thoroughly, because that allows you to stay informed. In addition, your opinions and ideas are valuable, and we love to see and hear more from you as you contribute to the ongoing evolution of DappRadar.
Product
While many team members were taking a summer break, those guarding the fortress did a tremendous job. The development team has been working hard, and managed to reach some important milestones:
- Major improvements to Hivemind (soon more about this)
- Updated Portfolio, and the integration of Linea
- A new and improved Developer landing page
We launched Hivemind by the end of July, and throughout August the team has been gathering feedback and improving responses. Soon we’re looking to expand capabilities on X, allowing real conversations in the public. Soon.
Our Portfolio has been revamped last month, and in August we added Linea. Nothing much else happened, but know that wallet tracking will become a bigger part of your Web3 journey. Imagine combining the contents of your wallet with Hivemind, and then being reminded by AI to stake those coins that you have laying around. That’s just a small taste of what we envision, and there’s a lot more coming.
From a product perspective, the update to the Developer landing page is probably the most eye-catching. Straight from the developer hub, users get instant access to the side menu. This makes all the options for developers much more visible. You can expect more improvements to the user experience in the weeks and months to come.
Events & Campaigns
While many team members were taking a summer break, those guarding the fortress did a tremendous job. Continued efforts from our team allowed us to launch a major campaign in collaboration with Sei Network, while we’re also spreading the word about DappRadar DAO’s efforts in the AI space. Moreover, we’re building AgentRadar, a trust layer that scores AI agents.
In August we announced that our CSO, Dragos Dunica, will visit Blockchain Life in Dubai to talk about the intersection between AI and Web3. With the recent launch of Hivemind, the DAO’s efforts with AgentRadar, and the general growth of the AI industry, this will be very interesting. Nathan and Dragos also joined daGama, and shared a lot of alpha about Web3 discovery and trust, and the role of DappRadar, Hivemind and the Rise of AI agents.
However, as mentioned, the biggest campaign of August was the one we organized with Sei Network. Through a series of engaging Quests, participants were invited to explore the Sei Network ecosystem and engage with various gaming dapps. Every day a new quest was unlocked, introducing thousands to Sei and their dapp offering. Each quest attracted 3,000 up to 4,000 participants. They competed for more than 3,000 $SEI in prizes.
Communications, Reports, PR and Media
We’ve started streamlining our newsletter communications. Since early August we’re actively pushing our subscribers to manage their newsletter preferences. This will make sure that they only receive the type of messages they want to receive. In short: less spam. For example, the “Dapp of the Week” newsletter on Friday is only available after opt-in, and it turns out to be one of the most engaging newsletters we send out on a weekly basis.
As always, our reports do pretty well in the media. In August we published:

Throughout the month we’ve sent 3 press releases based on these reports to our media contacts, which resulted in quite a few publications. In August we recorded 635 media mentions through Mention.com, which resulted in a reach of more than 120 million.
Despite the respectable number, the amount of media mentions in August was actually the second lowest of the year so far. Only February saw less media mentions. So far, April has been our best month with 1,028 media mentions. However, media mentions only tell a part of the story.
The more reputable a media outlet is, the more reach it has. The media reach in August exceeds 120 million, making it the 4th month in terms of media reach. Only October 2024, November 2024, and April 2025 performed better. Having less media mentions and more reach, suggests that bigger media outlets are publishing content about DappRadar, or referencing DappRadar. In short, a low number of mentions isn’t always a bad thing.
DappRadar DAO & RADAR
Throughout August we’ve seen a very nice recovery of $RADAR, as the price increased from $0.0014 to $0.002. Right now it’s been dropping a bit again, in line with the market. However, this price action tells us that there’s significant interest in $RADAR, despite the lack of major centralized exchanges. However, the biggest updates from the DAO are about AgentRadar.
Demand for $RADAR is increasing. In July we welcomed 24 new PRO members, and in August that number is 23. This brings the total number of PRO members to 1,090. These users are staking 103,291,058 $RADAR on Ethereum, and an additional 26,220,186 on BNB Chain. That’s 11 million up on Ethereum, and 1 million on BNB Chain(!!!).

The name is Radar, AgentRadar
We’ve haven’t formerly announced AgentRadar yet, so let’s consider this a scoop for our community:
AgentRadar is the trust layer that quantifies the trust of AI agents: speed, accuracy and factual information will help agents to get a quality score. AgentRadar then allows others to tap into the Trust Layer to ensure that they are working with quality agents, and receiving fair and correct information. That’s a little bit about the vision.

Scoring Framework - We’ve started with the development and implementation of a scoring matrix for AgentRadar, adding new dimensions based on community feedback. Early testing has been promising (see screenshots)

Protocol Alignment - Work is underway to integrate the Scoring Framework with upcoming Ethereum token standards for agent identity, reputation and attestation. This is a continuation of the work we did with the EigenLayer team, with the goal to ensure that AgentRadar becomes a foundation for how agents establish trust across the ecosystem.

Community & GTM - We are now preparing for the next phase of AgentRadar. We do this by expanding on the scoring framework to also include real-time agent activity. In addition, we need to create incentives for contributors to review and validate agents. While new campaigns and partnerships need to drive user adoption.
We will share a lot more information about AgentRadar in the near future. Pinky promise. But, for now it’s good to know that AgentRadar is becoming the oracle of agentic trust, and the wider industry is looking to embrace it.
